Got a call from a placement agency and after doing initial screening they scheduled interview with Sr. Director - Process Excellence. Got another call from Director operations within next two days for final interview round.

3) What do you understand about RPA and how can you assess / measure R-Factor?
4) What are different kind of control charts
5) What is the difference between "C" chart and "P" chart & what test we perform in case of discrete data
6) What is the difference between R-Square and R-Square (adjusted) - Director Operations
7) Why R. sq is biased, where that biasness comes from; what contributes it?
8) How confident are you and what would be your approach (when comes to understanding the process)?
