It was a One Day Hiring process. I started at 12:00 pm and ended at around 8:00 pm. There were several steps. First is to fill up a form. After there would be a group interview. It was simple. We were asked to tell something about ourselves and then a random question.After that an online exam. It was easy. The next step was a behavioral interview, just some situational questions. After that was the final interview consisting of mock call and some other questions again. The final part was a versant test. Remember to just keep on talking. Don't pause or any dead airs. If you passed all that you will be ask to take a medical exam. Once you reached this part, the job offer is given the next day.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
