Interview divided in four stages. First was a phone interview, second was a personal talk with a HR representative, second was a kind of a test with other candidates and third was an interview with a team of selected people about more details on the project itself.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
