J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez TP (Bristol, Angleterre) en janv. 2012
Entretien
Initially applied for job due to previous employer going bust so needed any job asap, applied even though I didn't have much experience in the field. Was contacted by company almost straight away, within a few hours of applying I recieved a friendly telephone call and arranged a time for a telephone interview. Had the interview a few hours after that which went well, questions were fairly easy and he told me that he thought I came across very well and straight away invited me for a group assessment a few days later. Arrived at company office and was made to wait for half an hour without an explanation or apology as to why. Entered a board room with HR assistant manager and five other applicants. Had to create a three minute presentation about ourselves, complete a writing excercise, a listening excercise and a spelling excercise. During this pocedure (took about and hour and a half in total) the assistant expressively made disapproving faces at anything anybody said that was displeasing, looked out the window persistantly, text on her phone constantly and overall came across as not interested at all. This procedure finished at approx 11 am and we were told that we would be contacted very shortly. People who had successfully gone through to the next stage would be invited back the same day at 1pm for a one to one interview. Due to not living within walking distance of the office, I stayed in the town centre just in case I was called back for the secondary stage...I wasn't contacted at all, not even a courtesy call to tell me that unfortunately I hadn't got through. After looking at reviews on ths website, I think the term "dodged the bullet" comes to mind!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Probably questions about what finance experience I had. For some reason interviewer was under some impression that I had lots of experience in this field even though I had never said that and it wasn't on my CV. Had to think on my feet to try and think of as much experience as possible that I had in that factor.
Interview was easy 2-3 easy question but they completely misrepresented the job. They do not tell you up front you have to take and pass a personal lines licensing test and if you fail you are terminated.

Question 1
They asked how many years customer service experience I have. They claim the job is just customer service however you have to pass a personal lines licensing exam that is very difficult to pass and they are not transparent to tell you if you fail the test you are terminated.

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It started with an HR screening discussing my background, work experience, and availability. The interviewer also assessed my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service mindset through situational questions. The process was completed within a few stages and feedback was provided in a reasonable timeframe.
