First interview was over the phone talking more than 20 minutes.The lady firstly she explained the role and what the project is and then make me questions from everything she said.At the end she marked a second interview.I was working in that time, so the day I went there I found more than 20 people waiting for the same position.I´ve asked the favour to go first for interview as it was during my working hours,I think I shouldn´t, i will never do it again.She was nice to me, make the normal questions and she seems happy with me saying that i am very motivated.The last phase was an english test as I am not english and sent the test in my email.I did it but I will never know why I was not selected.A part of the test was asking to describe my hobbie time.I just receive answer that I was not selected.Since then passed 5 month and almost every day i have sent the CV for other projects where my experience could fit, but I understood they would never take back a candidate that failed an interview.I Know that from an official source and I am really dissapointed that Teleperformance is just a mask or a carnaval.A person can learn and evoluate so I think anyone diserve a second chance.Never mind, I know so many people exauhsted of their work.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
