The interview process was straightforward. After submitting my application, I had an initial phone screening followed by a technical interview, which tested my problem-solving skills and customer service experience. The final step was an interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed my qualifications and how I could contribute to the company. Overall, it was an average process with clear communication from the team throughout.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
