At the first time I applied to TOYGA, I came to a job interview only to find out that they had made a mistake, confused me with another candidate and determine the interview with me instad of her, and did not even bother to offer me compensation for the time I spent and the money I spent on travel. The second time I applied, the HR manager replied that it is a junior position so it does not suit for me - I sent her a return email in which I wrote that I understand that this is a starting position even though I have experience, and that I am willing to accept that it is a less favorable position - I did not get to receive any answer or reference from her, which at least to me seems like utter contempt. In addition, I know someone else who applied for a particular position, the HR manager contacted him, talked to him for a few minutes and promised to find out something for him and get back to him, and it has not happened to this day (and it has been more than a year since). When there is a sequence of such events, it is enough to understand that this is a company with a lazy HR department, which underestimates the candidates. Save yourself the time and heartache of applying for this place.

Avigail from HR contact me about a week after I’ve applied. She said that the role I’ve applied to does not meet my vast experience, however they were impressed from my knowledge and background and they’d like to set CEO interview to see if we can work together and asked if that’s ok. When accepting her offer, she called again to schedule.
I needed to move it and once again she replied fast and rescheduled it on a time that suits me.
