I got contacted by a recruiter which led to 2 phone interviews, a video call interview, and then an in person interview at the facility in West Sacramento CA. I was given an offer during the in person interview.

There was a general technical skills test on electrical and mechanical systems.
Got the first round of interviews, and asked about my experience. The interviewer talked about the job responsibilities. Tomra food industry is looking for a person who has experience in the laser field.

Entretien
Process of interview was easy and related to electrical and electronics. Should know about electric drawings, motor, logic gates, semiconductors. Good knowledge about electric measuring equipments and handlings. PLC related basic knowledge is an advantage.

the interview process started in the morning, it lasted one hour, was structured and comprehensive. HR and the manager did the interview. It also included an exercise. People were very friendly.
