The Interview and hiring process is quite simple.
1. HR schedules an interview on an agreed time.
2. You get call for a technical Interview.
3. If selected, one interview would be taken by a senior team member focussed on Behavioral aspects.
4. HR Discussion + Negotiation
5. Offer Letter
6. joining, first 10 day stay in guest house.

Entretien
I applied through college, the process took 1 day. First of all I had to wait 5 hours for my interview to take place. First was a Technical Round. Out of 30, only three were shortlisted for the second round, I was one of them. Second was a technical/HR interview. Was asked Advanced linux command in that one. The HR was unprofessional, on being asked that when would the results be declared she got mad. Well, it was no surprise that, its been 1 month and they still didnt have the courtesy to convey the result of the interview. I have given interviews a lot, and I thought it was industry practice to tell whether you have gotten through or not.

Aptitude then GD then technical round and they will select accordingly for further rounds After clearing these rounds apti and GD we were invited to the company main head quater noida where technical and further rounds happened.
