There is one and half hour test that tests your quantitative aptitude , verbal aptitude, logical reasoning and data sufficiency similar to what we come across in management entrances.There is also an 300 word essay coloum. The whole test is to accertian your speed and how you react under pressure. Most of the questions are easy and can be solved using answer options.

Just i was recommended by my line manager when i am interning. So i submit my resume which attached with my profile picture. There and the interview held one day with many interviewee in one stage. The interview is only about personality and background without asking any question about technical knowledge or skillset. Some of questions were somewhat humiliating (it is quite usual in Korea office culture which is very hierarchy-oriented) In a few days after the interview which is around one and half hour, I receive the notification from HR via e-mail and wrote the letter of job offer in a few weeks.
