Had my interview last week. Went through an agency and was booked in for an interview inititially, I was impressed by the facilities in Think Park. It's not every company that has an on-site gym etc etc. Unfortunately, my impression of the company rapidly went downhill. Interview was 20 minutes late and the place itself, while impressive, seemed eerily quiet for a call centre. The interview itself was conducted by a lady who looked scruffy and was pretty unfriendly throughout. Even when she tried to take an interest in what I did, it seemed forced and when she did smile, it looked like as if it was going to cost her a million pounds per smile. A lot of probing questions, so be prepared to explain your answers! From what i've heard, i'm glad I didn't receive an offer as the whole place felt regimental and cold.
