In a very short time I had calls with 3 or 4 representatives of TMC. All were very positive and told me they would certainly hire me and would start looking for a matching vacancy immediately. They kept me waiting for 6 months, continuing to tell me they were very positive and willing to hire me, only to leave me nowhere.
Nice and relaxed atmosphere during the interview, where you feel included instantly. It is a young and dynamic team and they leave a good first impression. First it was an online call and then you meet in their office.

What is your expertise and where do you see yourself in 5 years.
They asked me to go in person and meet with the interviewers in the headquarters. 2 HR interviewed me, basic questions about my background: since I am a graduate, they also asked me to describe a project I did in a few sentences.

Entretien
Starts off with a group case study and then a presentation. Later, you have a short interview of your technical capabilities accompanied by an interview of your soft skills which takes around 10 minutes.
