The HR called me on June 19th at 3:45 pm, while I was on a crowded bus. She mentioned about the interview, since I couldn't hear her and take the interview on a crowded bus, I asked if I could call her after reaching home.
I reached home at 4:30 pm and called her immediately. It reached a voicemail box and I left a message. I called her next morning on June 20 and she said it was regarding an interview but they have decided not to go ahead with the role. Do HR really ask us to believe that the role was closed within 3 hours. The role was for a buyer position at Scarborough, Ontario. No wonder, why companies complain that they cannot find employees. My advise would be to get rid of HRs, the useless department in all organizations. I was totally helpless and did not expect her to call me while traveling.
I know one organization I will never be working for.

I had been sent by an agency, so was therefore pre-screened. The Manager of Purchasing chose the interviewees based on the agency's recommendations. I met with the manager, learned more about the company and then we discussed several purchasing concepts and methods that various companies use. My interview lasted about an hour.
