It wasn't hard at all. The hardest part was that they gave you all the information for the TJX credit card and you had to try to sell them the card. It was a group interview so it was a bit nerve-racking. The funniest part of the interview was when they give you the tour of the store... the coordinator doesn't really know english (she speaks spanish), and I didn't understand anything she said, i just knotted my head and said okay. But shes sweet. Same goes for when I got called for the interview, I think it took at least 5 minutes to understand that I got the interview, (the little asian lady called). It was tough but not impossible.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
