The interviewer was 15 minutes late, but she was quick with the questions. I feel like the manager was not serious about the interview process. She was doing her jobs while interviewing me.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
