I filled out online app on Thursday and received email to schedule interview on Friday. Called Saturday for a Sunday interview: Offered me position and started background paperwork on Monday with completion that Friday. Called on following Monday to schedule orientation and started that Saturday. About 12 day process.

basic interview questions: tell me something about you, previous retail experience and what you did, why work here? and what hours are you looking for, availability.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
