The interview process was pretty fast. I applied on a Thursday and received a call the same day for an interview. My interview was the next day and by Tuesday I had orientation. The interview itself was pretty fast as well, maybe 10-15 minutes long at most. Majority of the interview was just friendly conversation with management, very minimal interview questions.

very simple, easy questions, quick and under 30 mins. know that they have a front of house and back of house; back of house typically unloads the truck in the morning.
It was a pretty basic interview, they asked all the typical interview questions. Got me in and out and were super nice. They said to dress business casual and gave me time to ask any questions I had

Professional and engaging interview process. The staff was welcoming as I visited the local store. They led me to the hiring manager who was energetic, displayed great communicable skills, and knowledgeable. I was engaged in an interview with seasoned managerial presence, history, and associate expectations. I'm delighted to join the TJ Maxx family!
