It was a pretty straightforward interview. The manager asked me about school and my work experience. Honestly, I think they were hiring anybody, since they needed help moving into a bigger store. I took weeks to hear back from them. I was close to forgetting about them until the manager called me into the new store.

Q: What is your meaning of great customer service?
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
