It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Easy and straight to the point it was short and direct. It did not last more than 5 minutes if you have a short recommendation letter from former company in field of retail associate employee it is a fastest ticket to get in.
