It was a fairly easy process. My interview took about 15 minutes. He asked me questions about my school life and why I wanted the job. They like truthful answers even if they don’t sound “professional”

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
