Entretien
Pretty easy. Ask about personality and about yourself. Asks situational questions regarding customer service and what it means to you. First interview is a panel interview with one assistant manager and then if called back for another interview it’ll be with the store manager.
Very straight forward. Asked about previous experience, strengths and weaknesses. Explained the job requirements and tasks. Asked all the regular questions. It was very smooth, and it didn't feel very timid.

Very easy, they just ask u ur availabilty not too hard and not something you would need to prepare for or anything. I also wore jeans too and they did not mind
