I interviewed with 2 managers, the Operations Manager first, then the Store Manager. Both interviews were formatted the same way, with Q&A and scenarios. It can be intimidating because you are in a very small office. Relax and do not panic, and everything will be fine.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
