I applied in person and was asked to come back for group interviews that same day. It was me and 3 other girls. I was the only one dressed professionally. they asked the same customer service questions different wording each time to all of us. very different and the two managers gave off a vibe of not wanting to be there. they said if we got a call we got the job. after a week and a half i got the hint.

what does customer service mean to you, how would you handle a difficult customer, why do you want to work here.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
