The interview process was as follows: 1) Initial Phone Screen with Human Resources Recruiter with Sheridan HealthCare 2) Phone Interview with TIVA Director Team from two recruiting divisions 3) On-site Interview: face-to-face interview with two directors and one recruiter, 30 min- 1 hour shadow period with a current recruiter on the floor
