I applied for the position through indeed.com during the fall semester. A few months later I received a call from them confirming my GPA and asking if I was still interested in the position. Once I confirmed my interest, I had a phone interview the next month with 2 of their employees. It was very conversational with a lot of behavioral questions. If you have any experience in the field you're applying for, make sure you are able to explain it and go into detail. Other than that it was a fairly easy interview. It would be best to ask a lot of good questions and know some information about their company.
