I was reached out to by a recruitment agency. The first round of interview was technical and had question mostly about my current roles and responsibilities as Data Engineer. Some questions about PL/SQL and Data Warehousing. The second round was also a technical interview with multiple panelists, questions were quite similar to the first one. These two interview happened within a couple of days. The third round was with a senior director and was more of a managerial round. This took almost ten days to schedule. The questions were regarding the current role and any challenges faced. Future in the organisation and why you want to switch. After that just the HR round. Overall it took somewhere around three weeks. All the panelists were nice and made sure to make me comfortable throughout the process.

Applied through referral. 1 interview with recruiter, one interview with hiring manager, and webex final round since I am not on site. All the team members are helpful but the arrangement of the interviews is a little confusing.
