I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TIAA (Mumbai, MH (INDIA)) on 8 July.
one of their recruiters reached out to me ( I believe from naukri.com) and gave me info about company and said interviews are on Saturday, 8 July
There it started with presentation. Following that I had two interviews completed in about next 2 hours
first interview was of about 40 minutes or so with some basic technical questions were asked.
after completing it, they told me they'd be having next interview with another interviewer.
in 2nd round, first part was 2 problem solving followed by 2 pseudocode questions

1st interview basic questions. Second intrview 2 problem solving followe by 2 pseudo code questions.
They initial interview required a Video call with head of department to discuss my interest in the position. We discussed my background and job experience along with my background. I also answered the questions using the STAR method

Entretien
They waster your time. Average interview in the end they won't respond you. Taking interview is one of their marketing strategy to promote company.
If you have to waste your time you can go for it.

Entretien
As interviewer was full stack developer she started asking UI and angular based questions as in my resume i have clearly mentioned that I only worked on backend technologies so i started answering all her questions but then she said I don’t know about the position for which company is hiring but as i am full stack developer i will ask you everything 😂
