Former TIAA employee, left 5 years ago with good standing, eligible for rehire. Referred by a current TIAA manager in another department. Phone screen with regional recruiter. I was well qualified but never offered an actual interview. Canned response from the recruiter - "Thank you but you were not selected."

Most questions were in regard to production numbers at my current firm.
Prescreen with recruiter followed by two rounds of interviews that were all virtual.
It was based around behavioral type questions. Come prepared and you will do just fine and be sure to come with questions as well.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a client.
It is a very long Process, it took over two months. Recruiter ZOOM interview. Hiring Manager ZOOM interview. Panel ZOOM behavioral interview. Panel ZOOM role play interview. I waited two weeks with no response. I emailed the recruiter and no response. I emailed the Director and no response. I heard back from the recruiter and she did not have a decision yet. A week later I was informed that the role was given to an internal candidate.

Entretien
They scheduled my review for a Monday morning, 10am. My contact for the interview was not even at work on that morning. They hastily foiund a couple other people to do the interview. The interviewers were extremely unprofessional, sloppily dressed and very "cold". Had no interest in working for the company after the interview.
