HR's in Telus are doing interviews for backup, even after you clear all the rounds they will take your details and documents and then ghost you with saying "I'm not getting any approval from HOD, they might have put the position on hold". They don't respect/value candidate's time. Such a third class experience interviewing with Telus.

During the interview process, there were a total of 5 rounds, and I participated in 3 of them. The first round was a reasoning round similar to banking exams. The second round was data structures and algorithm. The third round was system design. My first two rounds went well but in the system design round I realised they were more focused on angular where as I had applied for a react role. I was asked to design and code a snake game. Overall I was not very happy with the problem statement or approach of the third interview. Also in the rejection mail they mentioned the role as Full Stack Developer 3. Not sure how come a applied for a react engineer is judged by angular aspect or treated as a fullstack developer. All my interviews were taken by backend developers.
