There was an incredibly detailed, long test that I was required to pass in order to be eligible for the position, as the job was more or less about helping to course-correct their algorithms by examining a bunch of individual data points on a map. Aside from that, there was no actual, in-person interview. Despite withdrawing my application for the position in January of 2023 and unsubscribing from their mailing list, Telus continued to send me emails advertising new opportunities for participating in very small, freelance research projects for months, which was playing fast and loose with CAN-SPAM rules. They sent me an additional email today, even. I mention this because it was a rejection email for this Online Data Analyst position, which I had already withdrawn my application from about seven months ago. I would not recommend interviewing with TELUS International; if their basic communication over email is this shoddy, that does not speak well of any of their internal processes and systems.
