Entretien
1) Applied online
2) They emailed me a screening form to fill out next day
3) I get a call for an interview next day (3rd day), she asked me the same questions on the screening form, basically to try to understand what position I was looking for compared to what was available.
4) Next business day I get an interview for tech support role. I was asked 3 interview questions, along with the interviewer telling me a bit about himself.
5) Next day they emailed me acceptance email, told me next steps. So total of 5 business days.
Overall very chill and relaxed interview. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I heard from other new hires that they were asked technical questions relating to IT, but I didn't get any. Possibly because I mentioned that I got comptia a+ and network+ certifications recently.

The interview process was great, easy steps and the recruiter are very informative and friendly. Realtime support and assistance. They give realtime updates. A one day hiring process which is convenient.
