I was invited in to their office on the north side of Indianapolis. It's very nice, clean and professional. Small interview rooms where a 2 on 1 interview was conducted. I filled out a small packet of paperwork and went over my resume and requests with a job recruiter. Within 30 days he had me placed at my current position.

Basic questions about work, life, abilities, skills, and hobbies. Nothing unique or difficult to mention here.
Interview process is was pretty straightforward. Was easy to connect with the interviewers and get he questions weren’t to hard and I was able to ask a couple questions at the end.

Honestly it was great. Nice people. Good energy. Very intentive and helpful. Everyone answered all my questions and made sure I had a full understanding of the position. Best interview I’ve had in a long time

Entretien
It was over the phone and it was a nice conversation about myself and my work experience. They seemed to be interested in me, but I wasn’t fit for the position I applied to. They did offer me another position in which I had to do another interview for.
