Entretien
About 250 students were there for the pool drive of Tek Systems. First we had a pre placement talk by some lamers and then apti was conducted out of which 45 students were selected for GD round, then i guess 20 or something were shortlisted for interview round then after HR round 6 were selected. I must say these guys really don't know how to conduct a GD, on a personal note i don't think GD (Group Discussion) is really a way to select candidates for technical post, and moreover the important rule of GD is not to interrupt one, which was constantly done by few, and yet they were shortlisted for further rounds. I myself thought i raised some unique and unobvious points which weren't raised by anyone but was still rejected. So i'm not quite sure what they were looking for.

Question 1
Apti was quite difficult and i think guess work was the only choice one had there.
1. chat with recruiter teksystems recruiter
2. take home assignment (build simple banking cli) from placed company
3. pair programming (add features to said cli) talk and code at the same time
any language
Had an initial phone screen -> Video phone screen with account manager -> met with the client in person where I had to do some actual coding and answer tech questions -> got an offer no more than 2 hours later.

They asked general questions about my experience and kept pushing for more details. They wanted to make sure I actually had those skills and wasn't just putting them on the resume for appeal

Entretien
First was the aptitude with one coding questions. You had code in Java. And then shortlisted for interview process. There it was group discussion.and then was 2 technical interview. First round technical interview asked sql, python, java , oops concepts also. My interviewer didn't ask anything about my resume projects.
