The final interview has 3 rounds. 1 with 3 senior consultants. 1 is a work tryout. 1 with the regional manager, a high-level guy.

If you apply from CFN, you will get the opportunity to get a walk-in interview. It's a 1h interview and if you pass that, the second interview will be in their office in Tokyo.
