I was called and asked if I had a clean record and if I would submit to a chest x-ray (the gig was for work in a hospital, so candidates with TB are disqualified). Resume was reviewed before the call (I think), so there was little discussion regarding my qualifications.

Initial recruiter call over the phone which took about 20 minutes followed by standard 3 person panel interview over Microsoft Teams with the end client. Standard interview questions asking about past experience, long-term goals, and how I would be a suitable candidate.
