Phone, in person, shadow. Overall, it was a basic / simple interview process. The standard to what most companies perform. While they ask a lot of “interview” type questions… If you have the right personality, the interview can become more conversational.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Entretien
Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
