I got an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview less than 2 hrs after I applied. The interview went pretty well. After the interview was an OA. The OA was a little difficult with questions on statistics and well as a SQL portion.

Entretien
The interview process was straightforward, with a lot of focus on culture fit. The only negative is how long the interview loop lasts, which was a bit over a month for me. The steps I had were:
- Introduction Call
- Multiple Choice focused on language(s) you specialize in
- Introduction Call with Account Manager
- Leetcode style coding challenge (easy and medium difficulty)
- Final Panel with the company the contract is for
The reason I consider the process so easy is because the recruiter will spell out exactly what to expect in each step of the process, making a very pain free process.

A casual coffee chat with multiple hiring consultants aiming at knowing more about your background. As the interviewers are not from a technical background, no in depth technical aspects are involved

1- technical coding- easy leetcode problems should be much enough to crack
2- technical discussion- some scenario based questions related to data engineer
3- manager and HR discussion
