Interview process with TEKsystems was easy. Met with recruiter went over my background and what the client was looking for - perfect fit. Sadly it was very slow moving and by the time an interview with the client was scheduled I had already received and accepted an offer with another company. Fast forward 2 months later and the recruiter emails me again telling me the client is really interested and wants to know if I'd reconsider just talking to them. So I did and it ended up being an extended interview process over the course of 3 weeks with the client and 3 separate intwrviews (7 interviewers total). All asked me the same questions in each Interview session . They liked me and gave me an offer. I declined because it was to low and TEKsystems benefits are horrible.

I recently went through the TEKsystems interview process and got selected.
The experience was smooth and professionally handled. Recruiter side M/s Neha Jain was very responsive and transparent about the stages.
The process involved:
Initial screening — Focus on profile fit, communication, and current role.
Technical/Program management round — Scenario-based questions on Agile, stakeholder handling, risk management, and digital program execution.
Client discussion — More about delivery ownership, KPIs, and leadership alignment.
Overall, the interviews were structured and conversational rather than stressful.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and emphasized real-world project management and delivery mindset over textbook answers.
Tip: Be ready to discuss your past project outcomes, digital transformation exposure, and stakeholder management cases.
