The interview was through and technical considering they knew I had no technical experience. A lot of questions were difficult as I had no experience with these terms, but it give a lot of insight into how the job would be. However, everyone was kind and informative in the process.

Better to go with an internal referral -Then step by step:
1. HR call for 30 min approx going through last experience, attitude, and general questions about job and expectations
2. Call or interview in presence with HK Head delivery lead and the Delivery Lead -1 hr approx
3. Prepare presentation on 4 topics (choose 1)
4. Interview with APAC delivery lead
