The interview process is very thorough. It starts off with a phone call with the Leader in the office, if that goes well they will bring you in or do a virtual interview with the Manager and usually another senior person in the office. If that goes well they bring you in for a half day or shadow so you can see people doing the job, get a feel for the day to day.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
