I got a call immediately after submitting the application. The interviewer asked me a few questions regarding my experience and asked me if I was familiar with the company. Then setup a video interview via facetime.

I remember him asking me about my experience and about specific knowledge in the world of IT. He also asked for me to email him my references. Pretty basic interview.

Entretien
The head hunter CAME with me to meet the interviewer I'd be meeting with. This is uncommon in the United States of America in other states. Tek Systems does an awful job which further needs to neglect. I was not contacted for months after this interview.

How do you deal with a difficult customer or client in the Help Desk
The interview process was very thorough. I was asked various questions about my knowledge of technology, as well as my experience in information technology. I was also asked about my help desk experience and whether I was a team player with excellent communication skills.

Got send an email for a first interview with recruiter and was able to do a pre interview process to see if i was a good fit for a over the phone interview with HR.
