Quick and easy. Don't be ridiculous and act like you care about the industry and you'll be hired. They hire anyone who is decent and is willing to accept their low wages. Good first job out of college if you want to work with other college kids.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
