Entretien
The interview process @ TEKsystems was very insightful and gave me a good understanding of the role. It begins with a phone screen with an internal recruiter. The second step is a conversation with a Director of Business Operations (you potential boss) - this is a one-on-one interview. If you make it to the third (and final step), you come in for a half-day shadow and meet with Recruiters and Account Managers and see how a typical day at TEKsystems goes. Plenty of room to ask questions and lots of information provided.

Why are you interested in sales?** A big question - even though you're interviewing as a "recruiter" they see this as sales and want sales-oriented individuals.

There were 4 rounds , 1st round they asked to write some questions and answer to the mail, 2nd round was group discussion, 3rd round was shadow session, 4th round was personal interview round.
LinkedIn recruiter messaged me, phone call informative question session, in person interview at the office about 2 hours. We played phone tag for about a week until I finally got an offer.

Had a phone screening and then heard nothing for months. Then had an in person interview and never heard from them again. Told me I would be moving on to the next round, and then never answered my follow up email.
