Stage I: Associate Consultant called in with self introduction, asking on personal traits (e.g. how would you describe yourself), background, experiences and personal opinions on various subjects. Feel free to ask if you have any enquiries on the job (e.g. daily operation, working nature). Stage II: Face-to-face interview with Associate Consultant and Internal Recruitment Manager. Very in depth questions based on items written on resume (e.g. previous career experiences or activities taken part in), helps them dive deeper to get to know your personality, whether you are suitable for the job or not. Again you are allowed to enquire on anything job-related. Stages onward are formal interviews with consultant and GM, final stage is a half-day job shadowing to get to know their daily operation. I declined the interview offer at this stage.
