Interview. Then half day shadow as well. The half day you learned about the job and met with staff to discuss if you are a good fit and where you see yourself in a few years. Work hard play hard mentality is what it felt like. Good experience

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
