As people previous mentioned: 1st a phone screen and then an on site one on one with the account manager and director. Be aware that this job position and quite demanding and they want you to be comfortable with that.
I honestly thought I did well in my interview but sadly didn't get hired.

Entretien
I applied online and received a phone call within 2 weeks of applying. I had a phone interview the next day. A week later I received a call telling me that I had an in-person interview later that day and that they had forgotten to notify me. Following the interview, I tried to get in touch with the manager but never received a callback.

Entretien
First interview was with the DBO or office manager over the phone. Discuss what you are looking for in a job and why you are attracted to TEKsystems. The second was a one-on-one with the DBO in person. Discussed again what you are looking for in a job and why? Really pressed to make sure that you were okay with a sales job. The third interview was an in-person with a 3 person panel.
