I would like to share brief feedback regarding the campus interview process conducted by TEKsystems – Allegis Services (India) Private Limited, Commerce@Mantri, Bangalore.
Approximately 20 candidates were shortlisted and interviewed across two days. Five candidates were selected from the first day, while the second-day interviews did not appear to receive equal consideration. If candidates were already finalized, concluding the process earlier would have been more transparent.
The interview structure also lacked clarity, with changes occurring mid-process due to interviewer availability. Although my interview lasted around 45 minutes, there was no formal follow-up or clear communication regarding the final outcome.
Clearer structure and timely communication would greatly improve the campus recruitment experience.

The interview questions were largely focused on the company itself, and despite having prepared extensively, there appeared to be an expectation for additional information beyond what was reasonably available.

First the recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn I went for 2 rounds of interview they sounded like they wanted to hire me asking when I can start and all and I never heard back from them again.

Question 1
A lot of behavioural questions. They want to know more about your mindset and commitment. Did not ask much about your skills.
Great experience. It was very well and thoughtful interview process. It was on time, process flow, polite interviewers, and good feedback. There was no delays in results after interviews. I would recommend.
