I received an email outlining the job description for position applied for MSR I, the same day as I applied. 30 minutes later a separate recruiter called to have what I would call a casual interview to see if I had questions, and why I was interested in the position. The recruiter was approachable, listened and had good questions and good answers to my questions. Their follow up emails were timely and gave me more of the information I needed to consider before continuing the application process.
