I was impressed with the emphasis on my "future" long-term career goals and advancement opportunities. The TE team was very personable and was not just looking to fill a role. They were sincere in helping me develop, grow and advance if I were to be selected -- and four years later I'm thankful for them and their authenticity.
First CV review, if you passed, you will get a online test about the logic and personality. Then you will get a HR phone call, general questions, then HR face to face interview, then you will meet some team member to check if you suit in the team ,the last one is Manger interview
