Unorthodox and confusing. Two interviewers in the room, later found out one was just sitting in to simply observe and not ask any interview questions. I gracefully asked questions to get both them involved, so they ended up breaking the dynamic. Was it effective? Maybe, because it prompted me to display interpersonal skills that perhaps set me apart from the other candidates. I was not convinced about the company and I made up my mind that I would not work for this company until I received a follow-up call and offer with benefits that outweighed the unorganized interview. I found out they did not have a talent acquisition department until a year later. So... do not be discouraged by this post. The TA team is great and the benefits are better.
